RETURN POLICY
All are our products are 100% guaranteed. Should you need to return or exchange:
Contact the Aviary (305 258-2473) for a Return Authorization Number.
We cannot accept returns without the RMA number.
Return merchandise must be in the original condition and the original carton that it was shipped in or a restocking fee will be charged. This includes bird cages.
Customers pays freight back.
DAMAGES: You must file a claim form with the carrier.
All issues or discrepancies must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt of your order. Not responsible beyond 48 hours.
